A new Christian ministry was born on Nov.23rd, 2008
The name of this new ministry is “The Up Lifters”. The name was taken from the passage in Ex. 17:11-12 This is the account of the battle between Israel and Amalek. When Aaron and Hur held up the arms of Moses, and Israel prevailed.
It is our desire to hold up the arms of the suffering church.
This new ministry is a joint effort between Littlestown Chapel and Calvary Bible Church. It is the desire of “Up Lifters” to encourage and support the persecuted church:
-With prayer
-Action Packs (clothing and personal care items) which will be shipped to Ok., the headquarters of Voice of the Martyrs.
-Writing letters to prisoners and government officials
